Alaris Infusion Pumps

4 Alaris Syringe Driver infusion pumps, held on a big back bar that provides power in the same way as a big power extension lead does. Fantastic pieces of equipment.
view image

Anaesthetic Room - New Zealand Style

Here we have a portable trolley that contains everything bar fluid for giving an anaesthetic. Each theatre within the organisation I work for has one of these as anaesthetic rooms are not used.
view image

Datex Astevia

These machines are brand new at our hospital. Again datex monitor system integrated. Double back bar for vaporisers. 2 common gas outlets; plenty of plugs sockets on the back for infusion pumps & IPOD speakers etc. Big double barrel cannister for the saod lime. External o2 supply. Inbuilt ventilator system, and doesnt have the electronic type system check, so has to be done manually. Really good machine, downsides are the flimsy plastic hooks for the monitor cables, also depending on what version you
view image

Datex Ohmeda Anaesthetic Machine

Datex Anaesthetic machine with intergrated monitor. Note the soda lime is a rectangular box shape which is really good reducing heat build up. Vapourisers are cassete types which are in my opinon from having used them for a couple of years really inefficent and require loads of top-ups. Ventilator is a seperate system. These machines I am told are not made anymore by Datex, dont know how true this is.
view image
